Using on-device machine learning, it detects players and the ball from the camera feed, tracks ball trajectory and speed, and overlays player movement — all live, with no internet connection required.

Core Commitment: SpeedTennis performs all detection on the device. The camera feed is processed locally and never uploaded. Recording permissions are clearly requested upfront. Your practice stays private on your device.

1. What Data We Collect

Short Answer: We do not collect any personal information from you.
The app’s core visual analysis functionality runs entirely offline. Therefore:

• ❌ We do not collect your name, email, or any contact information.
• ❌ We do not track your location.
• ❌ We never use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• ❌ We do not require you to create an account or log in.

2. How Data is Stored and Processed

All your recorded videos and detection data are stored locally on your device:

• 📱 All Machine Learning (ML) computations are performed on-device.
• 🎥 Recorded videos with detection overlays are saved directly to the in-app library or your local photo gallery.
• ✅ No videos, images, or motion data are ever transmitted to any cloud servers.

3. Device Permissions

To enable its core functionality, the app will clearly request the following permissions upfront:

• 📷 Camera Permission: Required. Used to capture the live feed for AI tracking of the ball and players. The feed is processed locally and never uploaded.
• 🎤 Microphone Permission: Optional. Required only if you choose to record videos with ambient audio.
• 🖼️ Photo Library Permission: Optional. Required only if you wish to export your recorded videos to your iOS Photos app.

• • 非专业仲裁工具： 本应用旨在为业余爱好者、教练和家长提供即时反馈和训练辅助，不得作为正式比赛判罚、医疗康复指标或专业体能测试的官方依据。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpeedTennis (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Privacy and Data

You acknowledge that all core data processing occurs locally on your device. We do not collect or back up your videos or analysis data. Uninstalling the app may result in the deletion of videos stored in the in-app library. It is your responsibility to export and save important videos.

3. Disclaimer (Important)

• • Accuracy Limitations: The App uses on-device camera feeds and machine learning for visual estimation. Results regarding shot speed, ball trajectory, and player positioning are for reference only. Actual accuracy is highly dependent on environmental factors such as lighting, camera angle, and court background complexity.
• • Not for Official Umpiring: The App is designed as a training aid and instant feedback tool for recreational players, coaches, and parents. It is NOT intended to be used as an official line-calling tool for matches, medical rehabilitation metric, or professional fitness test.
• • Assumption of Risk: When setting up your device on a tennis court, please take precautions to protect it from being hit by a ball or falling over. We are not liable for any physical damage to your device, personal injury, or data loss resulting from the use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App’s interface design, AI model logic, and software architecture are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially redistribute the App without explicit permission.
